These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") set forth the conditions for using the "Records" app (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provided by our company. By installing or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Description of the Service)

The App is a social networking service (SNS) that allows users to share one post per day, consisting of both audio and an image. Audio clips can be up to 40 seconds long and are presented together with an image in a vertically scrollable format for viewers.

Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following actions are prohibited. Violations may result in deletion of posts or suspension of accounts:

• Spamming or posting for advertising or solicitation purposes
• Hate speech, discrimination, threats, violence, or illegal expressions
• Sexual content, explicit material, or obscene images or audio
• Infringement of copyrights or other third-party rights
• Impersonation of others
• Any other actions or content deemed contrary to public order and morals

Article 3 (User-Generated Content)

You are solely responsible for any content (audio, images, text, etc.) you post to the App.

If the content is deemed inappropriate by other users or by the company, we may hide or delete it without notice, and may impose restrictions on your account.
